**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Architectural Draftsman Diploma from a reputed institute.
- **Experience**: Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ZW CAD is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Proficiency in SketchUp is essential.
- Proficiency in Revit is preferred.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Robust knowledge of both design and technical aspects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the team to produce project drawings.
- Prepare working and detailed drawings for site issuance.
- Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with issued drawings, with an eagerness to learn from these observations.
- Organize and prioritize self-deliverables to meet project deadlines.
