**Job Summary**:
Location: Kalyan

**Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Strategy & Planning**
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar for consistent posting across all platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).

**2. Content Creation & Management**
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts, including text, images, videos, and stories.
- Work closely with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and graphics.
- Write compelling captions and ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone and voice.

**3. Community Engagement**
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Build relationships with followers and actively engage with online communities.
- Foster partnerships with influencers or collaborators to amplify reach.

**4. Analytics & Reporting**
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Use insights to optimize strategies and improve performance across campaigns.
- Stay informed about platform algorithm changes and adapt accordingly.

**5. Trend Monitoring & Innovation**
- Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and competitor activities.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance social media presence and engagement.
- Experiment with new content formats and features (e.g., reels, live sessions).

**6. Campaign Support**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
- Assist in launching and managing paid social media advertising campaigns.

**Skills & Qualifications:Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or business.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and basic video editing skills.
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Insights.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
