Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written) across social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to social media inquiries and feedback in a timely and authentic manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to measure the success of social media efforts.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
