The Edutainment business followed in 2008. The areas of interest included puzzles, crypto codes, Math\'s/Science based programs, mechanized games and aero-modelling, among others.

The Skill Development arm commenced in 2012. We went on to adopt an ITI in Dodamarg under PPP, developed a TV Mechanic Course with a focus on Panels, designed a DTH installer course and introduced RAC installation & repairs.

We have urgent opening for Optical Fiber Trainer for Alephata (Shirur) Location. JD is as follows.
- Installation & commisioning of optical fibre cable
- Laying ,Jointing ,Blowing & Testing effectiveness of cable joint
- Train students on Optical Fiber

Other Specifications:
1 To develop a competency and skill sets in all students to perform effectively and efficiently in the workplace. The trainer should communicate to the Students about training objective.

2 Review training content & timely upgrade

3 Motivated the students for placement

4 Ensure Training Delivery in line with training objective & as per quality framework ,QP. Conduct various activity during training to maintain students interested

5 Monitor class attendance

6 Ensure referrals from the students for upcoming batches

7 Knowledge of various tools pertaining to respective job roles

8 Carryout the internal assessments

9 Ensure soft skill training such as Interpersonal Skills ,Communication Skill, Behavioral skills

10 Ensure proper MIS reports to H.O.D.
