**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales targets by regular customer visit from given segment to establish relationship, close orders, pitch new products and resolve issues.
- Ensure quotations as per customer's requirement are sent in timely manner and follow up to ensure sales closure.
- Send Quotations, give demonstration, negotiate, and arrange for delivery with the help of back-office team and ensure customer gets timely and accurate delivery of material
- Follow up on all leads - self generated and assigned leads
- Focus on A, B & C Products, UEPL Products.
- Maintain & expand client database within the assigned territory/industry.
- Achieve pre-defined sales targets by working on leading factors for sales; field visits, cold calling, presentations, demo’s, online meeting, etc.
- Maintain cordial relationships with customers.
- Ensure customer gets timely and accurate delivery of material.
- Attend, resolve and/or escalate to customer issues and complaints to ensure positive customer experience.
- Up selling and cross selling of products to achieve sales target.
- Ensure receipt of outstanding payments by regular follow up and customer issue resolution.
- Monitor material return and credit notes on regular basis to reduce sales return.
- Maintain map & expand customers within the assigned territory.
- Attend meetings, trainings, etc to keep abreast of new products and updates on existing products
- Actively participate in all sales related group discussion.
- Build sustainable relationships with customers through open & interactive communication
- Provide market feedback about product and other market reactions to the product team
- Update data in google forms daily on payments collected, issues pending in market.
- Carry and effectively use marketing collaterals including pricelist, brouchers, samples, order forms.

**Specifications**
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Goa
- Fluent in Hindi, English & Konkani
- Pleasant personality
- Drive to achieve sales target and customer delight
- Ability and aptitude for continuous learning
- Proficiency in E-Mails, MS - Office (especially excel), ERP and CRM software

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
