Area Sales Executive for Adhesives @ Howrah

**Job Brief**: We are looking for an adept and competent Channel Sales person to help us build our business activities in Howrah area. He shall be responsible for pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

**Location**: HQ is Howrah.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify business growth opportunities across the zone, build direct/ channel/ new client
acquisition strategies and tap growth opportunities to achieve zonal targets
- Augment the business volumes of mortgage lending in the region, manage client databases and
tap them through primary and secondary sales.
- Drive relationships with key clients, faster TAT and cross selling initiatives in order to increase the
client base of the Region
- Scan the market and its competitive offerings on a periodic basis; report on emerging
trends and business opportunities for the mortgage segment to the head office
- Engage with channel partners and develop a touch point management system for faster customer
connectivity
- Conduct engagement programs and sales trainings to develop channel partners

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
