**Job Summary**:
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and implementing marketing strategies to increase the company's market share in the steel service industry. The role involves a mix of sales, client relationship management, and strategic marketing initiatives tailored to the steel sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Identify and develop new customers in the steel fabrication, manufacturing and engineering sectors.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate steel product solutions (e.g., coils, sheets, plates, etc).
- Prepare and deliver sales quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

**Marketing**:

- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain a strong relationship with key accounts and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Use CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.

**Operational Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the operations, logistics, and production teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Monitor stock levels and report material requirements based on customer demand.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the steel or industrial sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to travel locally or regionally for client visits.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
