**Job Title**: IT Recruiter
**Location**: Navi Mumbai (Work from Office Only)
**CTC**: As per Market Standards
**Experience Required**: 2-3 Years (Hands-on IT Recruitment experience mandatory)

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- End-to-end recruitment for IT positions (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and closing).
- Work on multiple IT requirements simultaneously with quick turnaround.
- Develop job descriptions (JD) and post on relevant job portals/social platforms.
- Handle vendor management and coordination for recruitment needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
- Assist in HR operations and other related activities.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree / University Degree (mandatory).
- **MBA in HR (mandatory).**:

- 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience in **IT recruitment**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office and recruitment tools/portals**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, target-driven environment**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
