**About Us**:
Mahendra Nath Ghosh Educational and Welfare Trust is a reputed organization dedicated to education, welfare, and social upliftment. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a dynamic and creative **Digital Marketing Executive** to join our team at our Southern Avenue (Golpark) office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Optimize content for SEO using the right keywords and analytical insights.
- Manage and update organizational websites with content, images, blogs, and other multimedia.
- Oversee social media handles and online reputation across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Create and post engaging content for blogs, forums, and newsletters.
- Design basic creative graphics using tools like Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.
- Prepare and maintain data sheets for performance tracking and online research.
- Support content creation—both text and visual—for marketing campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with the team and take ownership of digital growth initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, and online content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW).
- Basic knowledge of website management and content uploading (WordPress or similar).
- Working knowledge of PHP will be a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and a keen eye for design.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
