
Payroll Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Entry and Maintenance**: Entering payroll data into systems, maintaining accurate employee records (salary, benefits, tax withholding), and updating records with changes.
- **Payroll Processing**: Assisting with the biweekly or monthly payroll process, including timekeeping, wage calculations, and deductions.
- **Tax Compliance**: Ensuring accurate calculation and timely submission of payroll taxes (federal, state, local).
- **Reporting**: Generating payroll reports, including year-end reports like W-2s.
- **Communication**: Answering employee inquiries about payroll, taxes, and deductions.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining organized and secure payroll records.
- **Other Duties**: May include assisting with employee benefits administration, verifying timekeeping records, and resolving discrepancies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
