Key Responsibilities:
- **PF Compliance**:
- Calculating and remitting PF contributions accurately and on time.
- Maintaining accurate records of employee PF contributions.
- Ensuring compliance with PF regulations and reporting requirements.
- **Statutory Compliance**:
- Understanding and implementing other statutory compliances like ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation), Professional Tax (PT), and labor laws.
- Preparing and submitting statutory returns to relevant authorities.
- Ensuring compliance with minimum wage laws, employment exchange regulations, etc.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:
- Maintaining accurate records of all relevant statutory compliances.
- Preparing reports for internal and external audits.
- **Policy Development and Implementation**:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies related to PF and statutory compliances.
- Ensuring policies align with relevant laws and regulations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
