Responsibilities:

- Create and edit advanced documents utilizing Microsoft Office
- Process documents for entry in Documentum
- Type and design complex correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, Proofread copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes
- Coordinate payroll activities and ensure timecards are completed in a timely manner
- Record meeting minutes and prepare meeting agenda(s)
- Maintain confidentiality of personnel records and proprietary company files
- Perform other functions such as organizing and filing confidential documents
- Maintain positive relationships with outside customers, Board of Directors, internal company executives, parent company executives, trade associations, community and political representatives
- Prepare and distribute monthly activity reports
- Requisition supplies and maintenance of equipment when needed

Experience : 1 year (Freshers can also apply)

Qualifications : Diploma/ ITI

Location : Khanvel

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
