Qms Executive

**Job Title**: QMS Executive | FIBC Industry
**Location**: Silvasa
**Experience**: 2-4 Years
**Qualification**: Any Graduate / Diploma Holder in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
**Industry**: FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, BRC, and other industry standards.
- Conduct inspections for incoming raw materials, first-off products, in-process, dimensional, functional, and pre-dispatch to ensure product quality.
- Prepare and maintain quality documents such as product quality standards, product specifications, and control plans.
- Handle customer complaints, investigate non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.
- Implement and maintain 5S methodology for waste reduction and lean workplace practices.
- Utilize 7 QC tools for process improvement and problem-solving.
- Perform data analysis using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
- Lead continual improvement initiatives through Kaizen.
- Create test methods and work instructions for lab assistants to facilitate testing procedures.
- Develop quality alert displays to train quality inspectors on defect identification.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory quality standards.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of experience in QMS roles, preferably in the manufacturing or FIBC industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, BRC, and other relevant certifications.
- Experience in conducting various inspections.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & SolidWorks.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SPC and MSA.
- Knowledge of 5S methodology and Kaizen for continual improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve quality issues.
- Excellent communication skills to handle customer complaints and train teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
