Live Chat Customer Support

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused **Live Chat Customer Support Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing real-time support through live chat. Your goal will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex queries to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Provide accurate product or service information to customers.
- Assist customers with order tracking, account management, refunds, and other service-related tasks.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies.
- Proactively suggest solutions or upsell products based on customer needs.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role (preferably in live chat support).
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.
- Familiarity with live chat tools, CRM systems, and ticketing software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- A customer-first attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
