As a Telemarketer at Career Launcher, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents via outbound calls and inbound queries. Your role is crucial in guiding students through the enrollment process by providing detailed insights into test-prep and coaching programs such as CAT, CLAT, and IPMAT.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding enrollment and conversion targets.
- Delivering high-quality counseling that fosters trust and encourages students to enroll.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date call logs and CRM records.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive query resolution.
- Effectively collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound & Inbound Communication: Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound queries from prospective students and parents.
- Program Guidance: Provide detailed information about various coaching and test-prep programs.
- Lead Nurturing: Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and facilitate seamless handovers to the sales team.
- Student Interaction: Offer guidance, address concerns, and create a supportive learning environment.
- Record Maintenance: Keep accurate call logs and update CRM databases regularly.
- Query Resolution: Address concerns, handle complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduations is required.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with CRM tools is advantageous.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or counseling.
- Ability to adapt pitches based on customer needs and handle objections effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
