**Job Summary**:
As a Social Media Executive at Energy Lubricants, you'll develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases our brand, products, and expertise. You'll create engaging content, manage our online presence, and build a community of loyal followers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our marketing goals and objectives.

2. Manage and maintain our social media presence across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

3. Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience, including:

- Product showcases
- Industry insights and news
- Company updates and announcements
- Promotional campaigns and contests

4. Conduct social media audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize our online presence.

5. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner.

6. Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve our online presence and engagement.

7. Collaborate with internal teams (content, creative, marketing) to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

8. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Must have 2-4 year of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.

3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

4. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Nice to Have**:
1. Certification in social media marketing or a related field.

2. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

3. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

4. Familiarity with the lubricants and greases industry.
