**Main Purpose**:We are recruiting a Senior Share Scheme Administrator to support the administration, data management and reporting on all share schemes across Trafigura group.
**Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Validate calculations and documents for share sales/share issuances/tax documentation (all auto-produced by the share scheme IT platform).
- Set up share payments using the online banking system.
- Reconciliation of share payments, loan payments, funding requests, etc.
- Maintain up to date logs of bank statements and reconcile bank balances.
- Maintain up to date e-filing of all share documents.
- Responding to ad-hoc employee queries
- Prepare reports for the team and Trafigura executive management.
- Preparation of employee loan documentation and maintaining the associated tracking of the outstanding loan balances

**Educational Qualifications, Competencies & Background**:

- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a fast paced administrative role.
- Numerate, detailed and thorough - even when working under pressure.
- A high level of attention to detail is essential
- Good Excel skills.
- Organised and efficient.
- A very strong multi-tasker.
- Inquisitive and proactive.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a small team sat in different locations.
- Discretion and maturity as handling very confidential information.
