**Job Title**: Virtual Assistant - Online Bidding Specialist

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms.
- Write **personalized, high-quality proposals** that highlight our expertise and past work.
- Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and respond to inquiries.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare estimates and project timelines.
- Maintain a database of bids, track project status, and follow up with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing strategies, and platform policies.
- Optimize bidding strategies to increase conversion rates and secure high-value projects.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of **web development, mobile apps, and software development technologies** (React, Flutter, PHP, Laravel, Java, etc.).
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** in English.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide relevant solutions.
- Experience in lead generation, client negotiation, and deal closure.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using bidding platforms and CRM tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working with IT service companies.
- Understanding of **pricing strategies** and proposal optimization.
- Ability to handle multiple bids and manage time efficiently.
