**JOB OVERVIEW**

An insurance professional who has sound insurance regulations knowledge. Must be well verse with the claim processing and policy benefit structure. Should have strong Communication skills, conviction to get things done, an extremely good team player who can coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Claims Management
- Claims Handling and Settlement, Claims Reports and Documentation.
- Policy Review and Renewal Process - Policy Interpretation & Insurance Coverages, Endorsements & Regulations.
- Dealing with the Insurers & brokers directly.
- Responsible for taking care of all types of General Insurance Products.
- Assist in compliance areas relating to specially in Marine claims, Property.
- Create claims SOP, manual and ensure effective implementation.
- Achieve monthly productivity level as designated by management.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Min 3-4 years professional experience, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Previous experience working with any of the Insurance/Brokering firm
- Should have basic knowledge of Insurance domain.
- Insurance Institute of India and any other additional Insurance certified courses
- Must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
