**About your new role**
- Counseling students and providing basic information and counseling over the phone regarding suitable programs.
- Making fresh calls, follow-ups & feedback calls on the database provided. Education follow-up with the student, resolution of student queries and handling the enrolments.
- Leading a team of counselors working on the campaign. This includes regular monitoring of their performance, providing specialized training to their team, target setting and strategizing on ways to increase registrations.
- Client Engagement
- Updating the client on a daily basis about the registrations, review meetings and acting as a liasion between the counseling team and the cleint.

**What makes you a great fit**
- Minimum 18 months of experience in counseling
- Strong in written and verbal communication
- Ability to adapt to an online Counseling process and work with targets.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
