**Job Description**City Greens is India's most awarded agriculture technology startup specializing in Aeroponics, Hydroponics, and Farm Automation for Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) Farming. The Customer Relations Executive will assist in managing warehouse operations, handling incoming customer calls and queries, and engaging with walk-in customers at the office. This profile provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic agri-tech company, with the potential for a full-time role upon successful completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warehouse Management**:

- Oversee daily operations in the warehouse to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized and maintained in a neat and orderly manner.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about products, services, and order status.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Engage with walk-in customers at the office, understand their needs, and provide assistance.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in processing orders and returns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
