The Customer Relations Executive Intern will assist in managing warehouse operations, handling incoming customer calls and queries, and engaging with walk-in customers at the office. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic agri-tech company, with the potential for a full-time role upon successful completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warehouse Management**:

- Oversee daily operations in the warehouse to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized and maintained in a neat and orderly manner.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about products, services, and order status.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Engage with walk-in customers at the office, understand their needs, and provide assistance.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in processing orders and returns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
