**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Student & Parent Counseling**
- Guide students and parents through the entire admission journey, addressing inquiries and assisting with documentation.

**Sales & Lead Conversion**
- Identify and pursue new student enrollment opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct office visits, home visits, and client meetings to counsel prospective students effectively.
- Drive sales of educational programs, ensuring successful conversions and meeting performance goals.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents to ensure high satisfaction and referrals.
- Address concerns, provide necessary support, and maintain ongoing communication.

**Reporting & Administrative Support**
- Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports to the Centre Head/Management.
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed.

**Product Knowledge & Team Collaboration**
- Develop a strong understanding of the institute’s courses and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Work closely with academic counselors and other team members to achieve collective goals.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ **Strong Communication Skills** - Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
✔ **Sales Experience** - Prior experience in education sales or related fields is highly preferred.
✔ **Target-Oriented Mindset** - Ability to achieve sales goals and work under pressure.
✔ **Customer Relationship Management** - Skilled at building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
✔ **Negotiation & Problem-Solving** - Ability to address inquiries, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
✔ **Team Collaboration** - Willingness to work with cross-functional teams to enhance overall performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,429.30 - ₹30,000.00 per month
