**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions focused on enhancing soft skills such as communication, active listening, empathy, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
- Customize training programs to address the specific needs and challenges of our customer support team, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with departmental managers and team leaders to identify training needs and prioritize areas for skill development.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant progress, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Job Requirement**
- Proven experience as a soft skills trainer,
- Preferably from the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of fundamental soft skills concepts and principles, with the ability to effectively teach and reinforce these skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver interactive training programs that drive measurable improvements in performance and productivity.
