**Job Description: -**

**Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in an IT/software development company.
- Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and technical skills.
- Experience in conducting effective phone screens and interviews.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Proactive and result-oriented approach to meet recruitment targets.
- Degree in Human resources or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
