
Customer Service Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Leads Management
- Leads Follow-up
- Cold calling from assigned data.
- WhatsApp marketing
- Attain calls of our customer care no.
- Attain enquiries from customer care no.
- Create the Quotation and submit quotes to end user
- In case of order, share details to ASM
- If require Assign positive leads to ASM
- Follow-up from ASM for ongoing leads
- Leads Closure
**Requirements and skills**:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
