**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:

- Provide accurate and complete information about products, services, or company policies.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting processes for technical or product-related issues.
- **Complaint Resolution**:

- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Investigate and resolve issues effectively and within a stipulated timeframe.
- Escalate unresolved complaints to the appropriate department or team leader.
- **Order and Service Management**:

- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
- Ensure all orders and service requests are accurately logged and processed in the system.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on customer service activities and trends.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support, or operations) to resolve customer queries effectively.
- Provide feedback to management about recurring customer issues or process improvements.
- **Process Adherence**:

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and service delivery.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
