**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the Quality team across QA/QC functions.
- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO and industry standards.
- Define and monitor quality KPIs, benchmarks, and inspection/testing procedures.
- Ensure raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods meet quality specifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions.
- Oversee internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and ensure timely resolution.
- Train and mentor quality staff to enhance skills and awareness.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and R&D teams to maintain quality consistency.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction without compromising quality.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- 8-12 years of quality management experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in tools like Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

**Preferred Industry Experience**

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
