**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations of the production floor.
- Allocate tasks and manage shift schedules of production workers.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet targets.
- Ensure products are manufactured on time and meet quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and production records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain departments.
- Train, guide, and evaluate production staff performance.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar supervisory role in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of production planning and quality standards.
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and safety protocols.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
