Creative Designs **Deliver creative design solutions based on events/themes.**
- Strong expertise in creative design review and proofreading, with a focus on ensuring linguistic accuracy and consistency in Marathi and English.
- Support Advt. & Mktg. Team in designing material, presentations, prints & other design initiatives that support Advt. & Mktg. efforts.
- Get creatives done from creative agency & inhouse creative team of any requirement of the brand, keeping in mind its advertisement & publicity scope.
- Coordinate with the creative team to get the ad material which is to be shared with the ad agency.
- Conduct competition analysis on creatives done by other brands.
- Ensure all the creatives are delivered in the pre-decided timelines and creatives are error free.

Product Specification **Assist in selection of products for product shoot.**
- Communicate product shoot details to the inventory dept.
- Send selected product pictures to the photographer for the preparation of product shoot.
- Make sure required products for shoot should be available before shoot.

Product Shoot **Give shoot references as per campaign theme/events or any kind of creatives required.**
- Collect props for shoot according to the theme.
- Collect product details for the selected products.
- Finalize pictures & videos after the shoot & get the required editing /changes done.
- Communicate shoot schedule to the concern dept. & persons.
- Send the finalized pictures to the agency, the Inventory dept. & concerned persons.

Model Shoot **Generate ideas or concept for photo shoot**
- Coordinate with the agency regarding the shoot
- Generate ideas for attire & looks for model shoot
- Provide necessary details to inventory & logistics team
- Collect photoshoot photographs from vendor
- Selected photographs sent to the concerned teams for review
- Send creatives to the concerned for the review

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education level and/or relevant experience(s) **Graduate degree in any stream**
- Master’s degree
- More than 2-3 years of experience in relevant field.
