**Job Title: Creative Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
The Creative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the creative team in generating, developing, and implementing innovative ideas and projects across various mediums. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the creative process and eager to contribute to the realization of compelling visual content and campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Research and Conceptualization**:

- Assist in researching industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform creative strategies.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and idea generation for creative projects and campaigns.
- **Content Creation and Production**:

- Support the design and development of visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, and layouts, under the guidance of senior creatives.
- Help in the creation of multimedia content for digital platforms, social media, and marketing materials.
- **Assistance in Project Management**:

- Aid in project coordination and organization by maintaining project files, asset libraries, and documentation.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, arranging logistics, and coordinating with external vendors and partners as needed.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative assistance to the creative team, including file organization, calendar management, and correspondence handling.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of presentations, proposals, and creative briefs.
- **Quality Control and Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative deliverables.
- Assist in proofreading and reviewing content for accuracy, consistency, and quality standards.
- **Creative Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, photographers, and other team members to execute creative concepts effectively.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the overall creativity and impact of projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience (2 years) in a creative environment, such as an agency, studio, or marketing department, is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital media platforms, social media trends, and emerging technologies is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹23,087.94 - ₹34,187.45 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
