Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in a clinical or life sciences related field.

High attention to detail and accuracy is essential. Preferably experience of working in clinical research, pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry or a related field per role level as follows:
Therapeutic Strategy Administrator: Experience in a clinical role within a CRO, pharmaceutical company or hospital. Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in data entry. Familiarity with a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) is preferred. Senior Therapeutic Strategy Administrator: Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a clinical role within a CRO, pharmaceutical company or hospital. Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in data entry. Preferably at least 1 year experience as a Therapeutic Strategy Administrator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work directly with Therapeutic Strategy Specialist/Manager/Director on new business opportunities requiring pre-award site outreach.
- Liaise with the Therapeutic Strategy Specialist/Manager/Director to facilitate creation of site outreach questionnaires for new opportunities in CTMS.
- Ongoing management of site outreach data in CTMS, including data entry and quality control.
- Perform review of commercial databases and internal tools where required to support the development of the clinical strategy for new opportunities.
- Perform data analysis and provide site outreach or other CTMS metrics as requested by the Therapeutic Strategy Specialist/Manager/Director.
- Provide regular reports on site outreach data status.
- Understand the responsibilities of Novotech as a service provider in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry and ensure all communications with external parties present a positive professional image of the company. Be mindful of the role of ambassador for Novotech when conducting day to day business. Level Specific Responsibilities: Senior Administrator:

- Prepare reports/presentations for dissemination to the client.
- Maintain oversight of the Therapeutic Strategy Administrator team and provide mentoring and coaching to junior members of the team.
- Asist with the development and delivery of training to the Therapeutic Strategy Administrator team.
- Participate in activities of the Therapeutic Strategy team, including presentations during department team meetings and providing feedback and/or assist in the review and development of process improvement initiatives.
