Regional Medical Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Regional Medical Advisor to serve as the primary scientific face of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and profiling thought leaders in a given therapy area, providing insights and data to support optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and engage with thought leaders in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute medical affairs plans.
  • Conduct research and analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business goals.
  • Represent the organization in various internal and external scientific platforms.
Required Qualifications

Education:

MBBS with full-time post-graduate qualification or MD (Pharmacology) Fresher.

Experience:

Minimum 0-2 years of experience in field-based medical affairs or relevant industry experience.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong academic record with deep knowledge of the therapeutic area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and sound analytical skills.
