Global Medical Affairs Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled medical leader to lead our Global Medical Affairs team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a global medical strategy, managing key opinion leaders, and creating effective medical education and engagement programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing Strategic Alliances: Build a network of global key opinion leaders through enhanced scientific interfaces and best practices
  • Global Medical Strategy: Develop and drive a global medical strategy and communication plan for the therapy area
  • HCP and KOL Engagement: Engage and build robust relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders on value, access, and pharmaco-economic areas
  • Scientific Content Development: Develop and validate appropriate scientific content for conferences, briefing meetings, and other policy-related activities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medicine, excellent communication skills, and experience in medical affairs, patient access, and advocacy. They must be willing and able to travel approximately 25-30% of the time.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medicine: Required; advanced degree preferred
  • Medical Affairs Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in medical affairs, patient access, and advocacy in the biopharmaceutical or relevant non-profit or payer industry
  • Understanding of Patient Needs: Proven understanding of the needs of individuals living with cancer and chronic diseases like diabetes or other autoimmune diseases
