Leadership Position

The Director of Medical Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and leading high-performing teams within our healthcare Revenue Cycle Management practice.

  • Manage large-scale medical billing operations, drive efficiency, and ensure employee engagement and low attrition.
  • Analyze key performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and maintain regulatory compliance while upholding quality standards.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to execute business strategy, meet client expectations, and act as a key point of contact for communication and escalations.

About the Role

We seek an experienced leader with 12+ years of experience in Medical Billing / RCM, strong domain knowledge across billing processes, and exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
