The Senior Psychologist & Training Facilitator plays a dual role as both a lead therapist and a trainer responsible for developing the clinical strength of the team. This position demands advanced psychodynamic expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for teaching.
Clinical Responsibilities:
The senior psychologist will supervise complex client cases, handle high-severity concerns such as trauma and personality disorders, and ensure therapy adheres to ethical and professional standards. They will guide junior psychologists in case conceptualization, therapeutic interventions, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Training & Facilitation:
A key responsibility is delivering structured training sessions across psychodynamic, CBT, trauma-healing, and DSM-5 modules. The facilitator will organize role-plays, skill-building exercises, and workshops to sharpen juniors clinical confidence. They must provide clear, constructive feedback while fostering accountability and discipline.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent ability to conceptualize cases and translate theory into practical therapeutic interventions.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for conducting workshops, group therapy, and role-play sessions.
- Comfort with providing direct, constructive feedback and holding trainees accountable.
- Skilled in developing PPTs, therapeutic worksheets, and structured modules for training and therapy.
- High emotional intelligence, professional boundaries, and ethical decision-making.
