**About the Role**:
Are you a seasoned professional with a strong eye for road safety and infrastructure integrity? We’re on the lookout for a **Highway Maintenance Supervisor** who will lead our maintenance crews, ensuring the smooth and safe operation of highways, bridges, and related infrastructure. Your expertise will directly impact road user safety and the durability of public assets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise & Lead**: Oversee and coordinate maintenance teams to ensure timely, high-quality completion of roadworks.
- **Plan & Schedule**: Create and manage detailed maintenance schedules in line with compliance and safety standards.
- **Inspect & Assess**: Conduct routine checks on highways, bridges, and drainage systems to identify repair needs.
- **Monitor Staff Performance**: Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations for maintenance crews.
- **Manage Equipment**: Ensure all tools, vehicles, and equipment are maintained and utilized efficiently.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Build strong relationships with government authorities, contractors, and the general public.
- **Safety Compliance**: Uphold all safety regulations and instill a culture of safety among all staff.
- **Support Other Functions**: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.

**What You Bring**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s in **Civil Engineering**, **Construction Management**, or related field.
- Minimum **2 years** of hands-on experience in highway maintenance, with at least **1 year in a supervisory role**.
- Strong knowledge of highway materials, construction methods, and maintenance standards.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent **communication** and **interpersonal skills** - ability to work with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills - capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record is **mandatory**.
