Role Overview:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing thermoplastic road marking

effective client communication. This dual-role position bridges technical supervision

and customer engagement to deliver high-performance road safety solutions.

Work Conditions:

- Field-based role with travel to various project sites.
- Flexible to work night shifts or weekends as required.
- Physically fit to manage outdoor tasks and supervise active road

environments.

- Plan and execute thermoplastic road marking works as per project

schedule and technical specifications
- Supervise site team, equipment setup, material usage, and safety

compliance.

- Coordinate with factory team for timely delivery of paint, glass beads, and

- Customer Coordination:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients at the site.
- Communicate work progress, timelines, and technical clarifications.
- Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with execution quality.
- Document client feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the

management.
- Support billing and measurement verification with client representatives.
- Documentation & Compliance:

- Maintain daily work logs, material consumption reports, and site

photographs.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
- Assist in preparing joint measurement sheets and completion certificates.
- Support audits and inspections by internal teams or external agencies.
- Safety Management
- Enforce safety protocols for crew and traffic control.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe handling of hot thermoplastic materials.
- Equipment & Material Handling
- Oversee operation and maintenance of road marking machines (manual

and automatic).
- Manage inventory of thermoplastic paint, glass beads, primers, and other

consumables.
