**Job Title: Site Safety Supervisor - Construction**

**Location: Hyderabad/Nagpur**

** Department: Safety & Environment**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**-**Implement and monitor site-specific safety plans and procedures.*

**-**Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.*

**-**Identify hazards and take corrective actions to mitigate risks.*

**-**Ensure workers follow safety rules and use personal protective equipment (PPE).*

**-**Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and emergency drills.*

**-**Maintain records of safety incidents, inspections, and corrective actions.*

**-**Report accidents, near misses, and violations to the HSE Manager or Project Head.*

**-**Liaise with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on safety matters.*

**Qualifications**:
**-**Experience: Minimum 03 to 05 years of experience in site safety supervision, preferably in construction.*

**-**Education: Diploma or degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.*

**-**Certifications: Valid safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, ISO standard) preferred.*

**-**Skills: Good knowledge of safety laws, risk assessment, emergency response, and site safety practices.*

**Key Attributes**:
**-**Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.*

**-**Good communication and reporting skills.*

**-**Ability to handle emergencies and enforce compliance.*

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
