Telecalling Representative

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list or database.
Present, promote, and sell subscription-based products/services using persuasive communication skills.
Identify and understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate subscription packages.
Keep accurate records of conversations and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly subscription sales targets.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
Proven experience of at least two years as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
