We partner with leading doctors, hospitals, and labs to bring predictive and preventive healthcare directly to individuals.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with exceptional English communication and strong client-handling skills, to act as the first voice of Identifi for all lead categories—labs, hospitals, doctors, and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement: Make outbound calls to hospitals, diagnostic labs, doctors, and individuals to introduce Identifi's suite of genetic testing solutions.

  • Product Communication: Confidently explain the benefits and applications of Identifi's tests (Cardio, Pediatric, Oncology, Complete Health Assessment, etc.).

  • Query Handling: Address technical, medical, and general queries in a clear, professional, and reassuring manner.

  • Follow-ups & Conversion: Track leads through the funnel, ensure timely follow-ups, and drive maximum conversions.

  • Relationship Management: Build long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers and ensure repeat engagement.

  • Coordination: Share feedback and insights with the sales and marketing teams to refine communication and improve conversion strategy.

Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate (B.Sc Life Sciences/Genetics/Healthcare preferred, other streams with strong communication also considered).
  • Language Proficiency: Top-tier fluency in English (spoken & written) is a must. Additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Strong persuasive ability, excellent listening, and professional tone to engage doctors and high-value individuals.
  • Ability to handle technical/medical queries confidently (training will be provided).
  • Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, healthcare, or client servicing is preferred.
  • Organized, disciplined in follow-ups, with high accountability for lead management.
