Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will lead and oversee the production processes for hydraulic cylinders, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to quality standards, and on-time delivery. This role requires technical expertise in hydraulic systems, leadership abilities to manage production teams, and a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Production Operations**:
- Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet manufacturing targets.
- Ensure adherence to production processes specific to hydraulic cylinder assembly, welding, machining, and testing.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime and address operational bottlenecks.
- **Team Management**:
- Supervise and motivate production operators and technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Provide technical guidance to team members on hydraulic cylinder manufacturing techniques.
- Organize and conduct training programs for staff to enhance their technical skills and product knowledge.
- **Process Optimization**:
- Drive efficiency improvements in manufacturing processes, including welding, tube grooving, polishing, and assembly.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with R&D and design teams on process enhancements for new product development.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, material usage, and quality data.
- Prepare daily and weekly production performance reports for management review.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
