- Deliver training programs focusing on presentation skills, time management, conflict resolution, and workplace etiquette.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, case studies, role-playing, and experiential learning techniques to engage participants.
- Curriculum & Content Development_
- Design and develop training modules tailored to students and working professionals, ensuring practical applicability.
- Curate and update course materials, activities, and assessments to align with industry expectations and trends.
- Develop personalized learning plans and training roadmaps based on individual and group needs.
- Evaluation & Continuous Improvement_
- Assess participants’ progress through feedback, assessments, and observation.
- Continuously refine training programs to improve effectiveness and engagement.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in soft skills training and incorporate best practices into the curriculum.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement_
- Work closely with faculty, industry professionals, and career services to ensure training aligns with professional development goals.
- Engage with students and professionals to understand their learning needs and expectations.
- Facilitate discussions and networking sessions with industry leaders to provide real-world insights to learners.

Education
- Master’s degree in communication, Psychology, Education, HR, or a related field.

Experience
- 3+ years of experience in training, coaching, or teaching soft skills, preferably in an academic or corporate setting.
- Strong ability to design and deliver training programs for diverse learner groups.
