**Position**: AR Caller - US Medical Billing
**Location**: Chandigarh IT Park (On-site)
**Shift**: Rotational Night Shifts

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and follow up on unpaid claims with insurance companies (primarily US-based)
- Handle claim rejections and resolve denials by analyzing reasons and taking corrective actions
- Work on aging reports and prioritize high-dollar claims
- Ensure accurate documentation of the call details and actions taken
- Collaborate with internal teams for claim escalations or re-submissions
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets while maintaining quality standards

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in AR calling and **medical billing (US healthcare)**:

- **Strong knowledge** of denial management and physician billing procedures
- Familiarity with **insurance guidelines, billing regulations**, and EOBs
- Proficiency in medical billing software and tools
- Excellent **English communication and negotiation skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
