**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **extensive day-to-day banking operations** including fund transfers, vendor/client payments, deposits, and reconciliations.
- Maintain strong coordination with **banks and financial institutions** for smooth operations.
- Prepare and circulate **daily/weekly MIS reports** on cash flow, receivables, payables, and overall financial position.
- Track **fund utilization, working capital movement, and banking position** to assist management in decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in financial data reporting.
- Support in vendor reconciliations, client collections, and payment follow-ups.
- Provide banking and MIS-related data for audits and compliance requirements.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all financial and operational activities.

**Requirements**:

- **B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)** or equivalent qualification.
- **2-3 years** of proven experience in **banking and MIS roles**.
- Proficiency in **Excel (advanced functions, dashboards, reporting)** and accounting software (Zoho Books/Tally preferred).
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Must be **highly dedicated, self-motivated, and disciplined**.
- **Ability to work late hours** and handle a **6-day work week** without compromise.
- Should have **family support** to manage the professional demands of this role.
