**Roles and Responsibilities**

Delivery Coordinator you will prepare guests for the delivery of their new vehicle and ensure the process goes smoothly and exceeds their expectations. You will perform outstanding vehicle deliveries, ensuring that customers begin their ownership experience with full knowledge of their vehicles operation.

**Reporting to the New Car Sales Manager the main areas of responsibilities for the role include**:

- Maintaining regular contact with customers awaiting vehicle delivery;
- Coordinating timely delivery dates with customers in collaboration with the sales; team,
finance department and after sales departments;
- Ensuring quality control of vehicles for delivery;
- Assessing customer knowledge and priorities to personalize each delivery;
- Delivering vehicles to customers and completion of the required documentation;
- Ensuring customers are comfortable with the features and operation of their new vehicle;
- Explaining and demonstrating vehicle features and technologies, focusing on customer comfort level and retention.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
