Position Summary

The ECC Co Ordinator will work from Chennai plant and works with ECC team, Plant ME, Plant Test System, Plant QA and NCR Engineering to implement the DR (Design Release) of life cycle products in Chennai plant. Will attend the DR and SO (Stop Order) meetings and implement the actions with respect to Chennai plant.

The focus of this role will be to ensure DRs on time, No production loss due to DR implementation and close to zero scrap with respect to Chennai cost.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Review the DRs from the master list and understand the MIP date.
- Review the feasibility of MIP dates and communicate ECC if the need to be pushed out
- Have discussion with SLM on the sample availability
- Discussion with ME, TSE and QA on the LTO requirement
- Drive the LTO minimum 2wk ahead of MIP date
- Ensure the parts stock corrected by MUV and Scrap based on DR disposition
- Measure the metric and report on time
- In case of any stop order attend the meeting and organize for the immediate action

Basic Requirements
- Minimum Qualification must be:

- Non-comparative Atleast 2 years experience in Manufacturing engineering or Production and atleast 1 year experience in the ERP system
- Objective BE Mechanical with 2 + years or DME - mechanical with 5 + years experience
- Relevant to perform individually and also to manage team if needed.

Good communication skill.

Ability to work with team.
