**Position Overview**:
**This position is primarily commission-based, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals who are driven by results and eager to excel in the field of eye care sales.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell our portfolio of eye drops to healthcare professionals, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and therapeutic value of our products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts, including ophthalmology clinics, optometrist practices, and retail pharmacies.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
- Provide educational support to healthcare professionals through product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and medical affairs, to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, preferably in the field of ophthalmology or optometry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
