**Job Title**: Onsite Supervisor
**Location**: Argora, Ranchi
**Department**: Site Operations / Construction
**Reports To**: Project Manager / Site Engineer

**Job Type**: Full-Time onsite job
**Experience**: Minimum 1-7 years in building construction supervision

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate and manage site labor, subcontractors, and materials to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project deadlines.
- Report daily work progress, delays, and issues to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
- Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the approved method statements and safety procedures.
- Review and verify measurements, levels, and alignments of work done on-site.
- Maintain site documentation including daily logs, labor attendance, material receipts, and equipment usage.
- Liaise with material suppliers and the site store incharge to ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Identify and resolve any site-related issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Participate in site meetings and communicate key project details to the site team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a construction/site supervisor in residential, commercial, or industrial building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office); familiarity with site management tools is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be physically fit and willing to work outdoors under varying weather and site conditions.
- Ability to walk, stand, or climb for extended periods.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
