We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with payroll.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable**:

- Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment.
- Maintain vendor records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- **Accounts Receivable**:

- Generate and send invoices to clients.
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
- **Payroll Processing**:

- Prepare and process employee payroll, including deductions and taxes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Prepare and file necessary tax returns (e.g., sales tax, payroll taxes).
- Understand and respond to notices and documents received from tax departments and other authorities.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements and investigate any discrepancies.
- **Payment Processing**:

- Process payments from clients and to vendors.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (required)
